1. MLS Modification of Information – Rule 14.5
CRMLS may modify listing information at any time if deemed inaccurate. Please be advised that this includes modifications to the On Market Date if there is evidence that public marketing occurred prior to the listing’s entry date. 2. Expiration, Extension, and Renewal of Listings – Rule 7.22
Effective May 1, 2021
Subsection C was modified to state the following: “The Listing Broker may modify the status of an expired listing within 7 days of the Expiration date. At any time and for any reason, the MLS has the right to request a copy of the seller’s written authorization to extend or renew a listing.”
