Calculating CDAM (Cumulative Days Active in the MLS)
CDAM is a collective sum of the Days Active in MLS (DAM) from the current listing and qualifying previous listings for a specific property.
The CDAM for any new listing will include the DAM from previous listings for that property. This is unless the previous listing has been canceled or expired for more than 30 days, or the previous listing was Sold/Leased.
