ShowingTime has added Virtual Showing options

Select Virtual Showing in ShowingTime to schedule

ShowingTime, available to CRMLS users at no additional cost, has made it easy to conduct showings virtually with its latest update. Simply select “Virtual Showing” as the appointment type when verifying appointment details:

The showing agent may also add a note for the listing agent indicating which video conferencing solution they’d like to use for the showing.
Listing agents may also set their preferred appointment type to Virtual Showing.

For a full walkthrough of the Virtual Showing feature, visit our Knowledgebase article.

Attend Virtual Open Houses with your mobile device

The CRMLS app, designed specifically for CRMLS users, has added a Virtual Open House feature. Keep your business moving during this uncertain time by hosting or attending open houses from your mobile device. Data on virtual open houses comes directly from CRMLS Matrix.

Here’s what the virtual open house feature looks like in the CRMLS app:

Simply tap on the link at the time of the virtual open house to open the listing agent’s platform of choice (e.g. Google Hangouts, Zoom, Facebook Live, etc.). Please note that tapping on the virtual open house link at a time when it is not live will not allow you to access it.

To search for virtual open houses, simply filter your search with the new Virtual Open House filter on the search tab:

Virtual open houses are also available in the agent-branded consumer version of the CRMLS app. Let your clients know about upcoming virtual open houses – they can access links in their version of the app as well. Here’s what it looks like for consumers:

The CRMLS app is available as a free download in iOS and Android for CRMLS users. Click here to learn more about the CRMLS app.
