Now Live MLS-Touch Matrix & Realist integration

As a real estate professional, you’re often away from your desk. That used to mean you’d have to print out everything you’d need to take with you – especially tax data.

Until now.

MLS-Touch, available to CRMLS users at no additional cost, now integrates with Realist Tax. On listing detail pages in MLS-Touch, you may tap on the Realist Tax Data button to view tax data. It looks like this:

MLS-Touch 3.4

This feature is available as part of the latest version of MLS-Touch on Android and iOS. You may need to update your app to receive this benefit.

That’s not the only thing new in MLS-Touch. Client Carts now sync between MLS-Touch and CRMLS Matrix. Search saving experiences have been improved. And CRMLS Matrix Saved Searches are now accessible through MLS-Touch.

Sales Information Change Request (SICR) Form

CRMLS Compliance has a new request form!

If the Buyer’s Agent or Co-Buyer’s Agent information on a Closed listing needs to be modified, the CRMLS Sales Information Change Request (SICR) Form must be completed and submitted to CRMLS. The use of this form ensures that all parties involved in the transaction agree with the requested change and prevents CRMLS from having to confirm such information, which ultimately lengthens the time it takes to correct the information.

The new request form and explanation of the process is available on our website
