1. Excluding a Listing from the MLS

If you are excluding a listing from the MLS for any period of time, you must obtain an exclusion form signed by the seller at the time that the listing agreement is signed.  Paragon, Flex, and Rapattoni users, must submit the exclusion forms to CRMLS within 2 days of the effective date of the listing agreement. Matrix users, the exclusion form do not need submit the exclusion form to CRMLS; however, they do need to enter the listing as Registered within 2 days of the effective date of the listing agreement.  For more information on excluding a listing, please view our Listing Exclusion FAQs.

2. Coming Soon Status

If you are planning to use Coming Soon status on a listing, it is important to remember that the Coming Soon form is required.  Coming Soon forms must be signed by the seller before entering the listing in Coming Soon status, but they do not need to be submitted to CRMLS. Reminder:  As of September 1, 2021, failure to timely obtain a seller signed Coming Soon form can result in a $750.00 fine.  View the Coming Soon form and the Coming Soon FAQs for your MLS system to better understand this status option.
