A Picture (or 75 in this case) Can Be Worth a Thousand Words

EveryPictureTellsAStory1

Until recently, the maximum amount of property photos allowed in a listing within CRMLS Matrix was 35. The new maximum amount has been increased to SEVENTY-FIVE.

That’s 75 ways to showcase a property.

75 ways to tell a story.

75 ways to prove that your listed property is better than any others.

You now have added flexibility. As long as you have good images (good lighting, attractive angles, etc.). . . the more photos you use for a listing, the more attention-grabbing it will be. Emotion sells.

Ever wonder where the phrase “A picture is worth a thousand words” came from anyway? A bit of Google-ing got me the answer. The phrase emerged in the early part of the 20th century and is attributed to Frederick R. Barnard, who published an article titled “One Look is Worth a Thousand Words” in the December 8th, 1921 edition of Printers Ink.

Wow. 75 ways to showcase a property truly opens doors to illustrate for prospective buyers what makes a property different but it is also a chance to share a look at what it’s like to actually live in the neighborhood – parks, libraries, restaurants, etc.
