An Eye for AI: The CRMLS Avocado

October is the spooky season full of mysterious monsters that go bump in the night. And these days, what’s a bigger boogeyman than the rise of artificial intelligence? Well, we’re here to unmask the so-called AI monster, Scooby-Doo-style, to show you that it’s not an actual ghoul at all, but simply another powerful tool in the arsenal of savvy Realtors, offering tremendous market value.

Smarter Staging: REimagineHome AI 3.0

REimagineHome AI is our AI-enhanced virtual staging tool that has been available for CRMLS users for about a year. If you haven’t used it yet, well, now’s the time to do it because the 3.0 release offers some tremendous updates. Speech recognition, new supported languages, and a conversational Design Companion help guide you through turning your listing photos into reimagined living spaces. Even though REimagineHome AI is widely available, CRMLS is the first MLS to receive these updates. When you have listing photos that can be deeply customized with just a few prompts, you can show clients that you’re on the bleeding edge of technology and can support their vision.

The personal thoughts of CRMLS’s Chief Marketing Officer

AI is here to stay, and it’s actually a great assistant coach in allowing marketers to make data-driven decisions faster. It’s not a replacement for anyone; it’s building a better mousetrap for every aspect of marketing. Don’t shy away from it. Lean into it.

Trusting in Your Own Intelligence

In a world increasingly shaped by AI, let’s not forget that human intelligence is still the most powerful tool. AI can analyze and predict but can’t replace intuition or empathy. The impression you have as a human allows you to market yourself as a source of tangible trust in an increasingly virtual world. The work of a Realtor is, oftentimes achingly, human. Show your clients that you aren’t just an efficiency machine but someone who can understand wants and needs, who knows that navigating real estate can be full of highs and lows, and who can do the work AI can’t. Your value is intrinsic; AI gives you a boost, but it doesn’t replace your role as a trusted Realtor.
