Welcome! I’m Art Carter, CEO of California Regional MLS (CRMLS). As you may have heard, your Association of REALTORS®’ Board of Directors recently voted to join CRMLS. We closed out 2021 by taking over management of Coastal Mendocino’s MLS operations as of December 1st, 2021. This is my official “welcome” to you, along with a bit of information regarding your MLS system.
Your Association asked us to make a change to your Flexmls system. We made this change, which is now live in your system as of Monday, 12/13.
We added two fields to your Quick Search options in Flex: View and Frontage. You can find these fields at the bottom of the field list, as seen here:
