Yes! CRMLS has not lifted the temporary allowance to include an unbranded Virtual Tour link, Virtual Open House or Virtual Showing link in the property description.
In addition to these allowances, CRMLS also allows an unbranded Prevention Plans to be uploaded as a photograph on the listing. Branded Prevention Plans or other documents must be uploaded as a supplements. All other commentary or links related to COVID-19 guidelines are to be placed in the Private or Confidential Remarks field.
4. The Coming Soon form is required!
The Coming Soon form is required to be obtained and signed by the seller(s) prior to using the Coming Soon status in the MLS. The form must be filed within your brokerage, but does NOT need to be submitted to CRMLS.
If you are excluding the listing from the MLS, you only need to obtain a C.A.R. SELM form or equivalent exclusion form. You do NOT need to obtain a signed Coming Soon form unless the listing is going to be entered in the MLS as Coming Soon.
