Raise the Roof, It’s Rayse for Agents
Rayse is the best tool on the market to promote agent value, as it offers real-time tracking of productivity, milestones, and more in a way that’s fully transparent for clients. Best of all? It’s now available for all agents.
Using Rayse is a tremendous selling point and can help agents stand out from the crowd, as it’s basically the only option on the market today that helps demystify the real estate process. Considering clients these days want not just regular updates on a sale or purchase but also to know what gears are turning when, Rayse’s insights make working with such a transparent agent that much more attractive.

The personal thoughts of CRMLS’s Chief Marketing Officer
All the fancy tools in the world won’t save you from a lack of strategy. Know your next move before you take your first one. It can be easy to just be reactive to whatever’s happening today, chasing hot trends and all that, but good marketing strategy can keep steady in a storm.
Cloud CMA Brings Buyer Presentations
Cloud CMA is one of our most popular products, so you may have seen the news that they recently added a whole new functionality designed for buyer presentations. We cannot recommend enough this easy-to-use but still robust new way to make presentations that really pop. Drab presentations can really suck the life out of clients, so make the most of Cloud CMA’s no-cost benefits. You can read more about customizing your next presentation here.
A Barrel of Crackers, a Heap of Trouble
We’re going to assume you’ve seen the news about the Cracker Barrel logo fiasco. What a way to lose a hundred million dollars, huh? Your mileage may vary on what you think of their attempt at a redesign, but there are some lessons to learn here for all us marketers. Rebranding isn’t something to take lightly. People can and will notice even the littlest of things. While you may not be a national chain selling chicken-fried steaks, you should still always consider how little adjustments to your presentation can affect your customers. Sometimes people want sleek, sometimes they want homey, and it’s up to us to figure out what works for our brands and what customers we want to appeal to.
